These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of sunver.in and the products and services offered by Sunver Coresynergy Solutions Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By using this website or purchasing any product or service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.

1. Who we are

Sunver Coresynergy Solutions Pvt Ltd is a private limited company registered in India, with its office at Office No. 205, Chokhani Square, Sector 18, Noida — 201301. We provide business consulting services, business automation workflows, and software-as-a-service (SaaS) products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to purchase our products or services.

3. Products and subscriptions

• Product features, delivery schedules and prices are described on each product's page at the time of purchase and may be updated for future billing periods with prior notice.
• Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• Content delivered under a subscription (such as social media posts, captions and media) is licensed to you for use in your own business marketing once the corresponding period is paid for.
• You agree to provide accurate onboarding information. We are not responsible for content inaccuracies arising from inaccurate inputs you provide.

4. Payments

• Payments are processed by our payment partner (currently Easebuzz). We do not store your card, bank or UPI credentials on our servers.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Recurring payments may run on a UPI Autopay / e-mandate authorized by you, which you may revoke at any time through your bank, your UPI app, or by cancelling with us.

5. Consulting services

Consulting engagements are governed by the proposal or statement of work agreed for that engagement. Where those documents conflict with these Terms, the engagement-specific documents prevail for that engagement.

6. Acceptable use

• You may not use our products to create or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or misleading.
• You may not resell, sublicense or white-label our products except where the plan you purchased expressly permits it.
• You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

7. Intellectual property

The website, our product names, logos, software and documentation are the property of the Company or its licensors. Content packs delivered to you under a paid subscription may be used by you for your own business promotion; all other rights are reserved.

8. AI-generated content

Some of our products use artificial intelligence to generate content. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing it and for ensuring it is appropriate for your business and audience. We do not guarantee specific engagement, reach or business outcomes from the use of any content or product.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's aggregate liability arising out of or related to any product or service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for that product or service in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profits or business opportunity.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to a product for material breach of these Terms, including non-payment or prohibited use, after notice where practicable. You may stop using the services and cancel subscriptions at any time as per the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes affecting active subscriptions will be notified by email before they take effect.
