At Sunver Coresynergy Solutions Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "our", "us"), we want every customer to know exactly how cancellations and refunds work before any money changes hands. By purchasing a subscription, digital product or consulting service from us, you agree to the terms below.
1. Digital subscriptions (e.g. AI Social Media Boost)
Free trial
Where a free trial is offered, it requires no payment details and does not convert into a paid subscription automatically. Subscribing is always a separate, deliberate step.
Cancellation
- You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time by emailing info@sunver.in from your registered email.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. Content delivery continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Where billing runs on a UPI Autopay / e-mandate, the mandate is revoked on cancellation; you may also revoke it from your banking or UPI app at any time.
Refunds
- Before first delivery: if you cancel before your first content pack has been delivered, you receive a full refund.
- After delivery: amounts for billing periods in which content has been delivered are non-refundable, as the product is consumed on delivery.
- Non-delivery: if we fail to deliver a scheduled pack in a paid period and cannot remedy it within 7 days of your notice, you receive a pro-rata refund for that period.
2. Consulting services
- Cancellation requests are accepted within 3 days after the completion of the service, with a clear justification. We review and respond to each request.
- Service-specific terms agreed at the time of engagement (in a proposal or statement of work) take precedence over this general policy.
3. How refunds are processed
- Approved refunds are issued within 7 working days of approval.
- Refunds go to the original payment method unless agreed otherwise. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credit.
- Failed or incomplete payment attempts where money was deducted are auto-reversed by the payment gateway, typically within 5–7 business days. If a reversal does not appear, contact us with the transaction ID.
4. How to request a cancellation or refund
- Email info@sunver.in from your registered email with your transaction ID or subscription details.
- State the reason for the request and attach any relevant details.
- We will confirm the outcome by email; approved refunds follow the timelines above.
