This Privacy Policy explains how Sunver Coresynergy Solutions Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "our", "us") collects, uses, stores and protects personal data when you use sunver.in and our products and services. • Contact and enquiry data: name, email, phone number and message contents when you submit a form on this website.
• Onboarding data: business name, industry, platform preferences and business descriptions you provide to receive product trials or paid deliveries.
• Payment data: processed entirely by our payment partner (currently Easebuzz). We receive transaction confirmations (transaction ID, plan, amount, your name, email and phone as captured at checkout) but never your card, bank or UPI credentials.
• Product-specific data: for example, resumes uploaded to our job-matching product, or hotel and menu details entered into our hospitality product.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security and performance.

2. How we use it

• To respond to enquiries and provide the products and services you request.
• To deliver subscription content, process payments and manage renewals.
• To improve our products, prevent abuse and secure our systems.
• To send service communications about your account, deliveries and billing. Marketing emails are sent only with your consent and always include an unsubscribe option.

3. What we do not do

• We do not sell personal data to anyone.
• Resumes and onboarding details are used only to provide the relevant product to you — they are not shared with employers, advertisers or data brokers.

We share personal data only with service providers necessary to run our business — payment processing (Easebuzz), email delivery, hosting, and workflow infrastructure — under terms that restrict use to providing those services, and where required by law or legal process.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored on secured servers with access limited to personnel who need it to serve you. Transmissions to this website are encrypted (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify you and the authorities as required by law.

6. Retention

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and tax obligations, or resolve disputes. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7); we will delete data not subject to a legal retention requirement.
